Inka’s Organic Eyeliner Review

Inka introduced a certified organic eyeliner which is also certified vegan and halal. The eyeliner contains only natural ingredients such as mineral colors and botanical oils. It functions in the same fashion as a regular eyeliner however as it is an organic skincare product, this is considerably healthier for your skin and as such is very beneficial, especially if you live a consciously healthy lifestyle.

The eye liner’s application has a  soft feeling on the skin when applying. It is creamy in texture as it glides on. The liner is long-lasting and does not smudge, which most of us can agree is a great advantage.  I have been using it in Ghana where the weather is very warm and causes you to be hot and sweaty during the day but it does not stain or smudge and lasts for several hours when I am wearing it.

Inka eyeliner comes with a built-in pencil sharpener, and although I became accustomed to the twist eyeliners, the sharpener allows for an ‘old school vibe’. I'm merely using the term old school vibe here because last week, I went into a local off-license, I asked for a razor blade and neither the 2 newsagents nor 3 fella's in the shop knew what I was talking about. They kept pointing me to different isles where I found shaving sticks. Suddenly, a gentleman shouted. "Oh, you want an old school razor". Er, yes, please. I was only born in 1980 but yeah. I was looking for an old school thing”. Needless info. But...you get the picture.

Aside from falling in love with old school concepts, I have been using the eyeliner for shading in my eyebrows and lining my eyes, even with its several functions,  each pencil lasts up to 5 months, and possibly longer depending on the user. I am impressed with this product as it does not cause any irritations around my eyes, this is something that has been a common issue in the past. As well as this, I also appreciate that it contains vegetable oils.
