Biotin contributes to normal hair and skin maintenance.

Vitamin C & E contributes to maintaining protection of cells from oxidative stress, and the regeneration and increases iron absorption.

Zinc contributes to normal DNA synthesis, maintenance of normal hair, nails and skin.

Supplements are stable at room temperature, but keep refrigerated to preserve live bacteria for if you are not going to finish a course immediately.
