Fair Squared Pomegranate Lip Balm Review, It it worth it?
Fair Squared products are made by a German based company with ingredients such as almond oil, apricot kernel oil, coconut oil and cocoa butter. All the ingredients used in the lip balm contain Fairtrade certified ingredients which means that it is not just the company that says they buy at a fair price directly from supplies. With the Fair trade certificate you are always guaranteed that a third and independent party verifies the fact that an item has truly been bought at a fair price.
Fair squared lip balms comes in four different flavours. I have plenty to say when it comes to reviewing lip balms as I make them myself very well also. At any given time I have the ingredients and tubes for packaging them in my workshop. I also made them to sell for many years until I focused on making just soaps. So I am pretty good at telling a good lip balm from a not so great one. I love this lip balm. I am going to buy it again and again. The pomegranate is feint and after awhile using the lip balm, the scent almost disappears altogether but the balm still gives great moisturisation and protection from the lips getting dry or chapped.
My lips also feel fuller and plumpier, I can feel a slight burning sensation on my lips so I wonder if there is any minty elements in the pomegranate flavour. Most importantly this lip balm is vegan as it is made with candelila wax which creates a moisturising barrier on the lips. It naturally goes without pointing out that they are free from petrolatum, parabens, sulphates, GMO ingredients and cruelty testing. Four squared lip balms are available to buy from big green smile, Oxfam, from Amnesty International, Friends of the Earth and New Internationalist.
